Offline Period Tracker · Effective 25 September 2026

In short: Offline Period Tracker is a free, private tool for keeping track of your cycle on your own phone. Its estimates are not medical advice and must not be used as contraception. Your data stays on your phone, so keeping it safe, and exporting a copy if you want one, is up to you.

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Android app Offline Period Tracker (package com.saagarshrest.offlineperiodtracker). By installing or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app, and uninstall it.

2. What the app is

The app lets you log periods, symptoms, moods and notes. It sets reminders, and it shows estimates such as your next period and fertile window, worked out only from what you log. It also includes optional extras, such as a drawing game and background music. The app works entirely on your phone. It has no accounts, no servers, and no advertisements.

3. Not medical advice

The app does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Estimates of periods, ovulation and fertile windows are predictions based only on the information you enter. They can be wrong, especially when cycles are irregular or data is missing.

4. Who can use the app

You should be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.

5. Your data and your responsibilities

6. Your content

Notes, drawings and anything else you create in the app belong to you. They stay on your phone, and the developer does not claim any rights to them.

7. Licence to use the app

The app is free. You are given a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to:

8. Ownership

The app, including its design, code, illustrations, stickers and music, is owned by the developer or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the licence above.

9. Changes and availability

The app may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time, and features may be added or removed. Some features may be experimental. Updates are delivered through Google Play. Keeping the app up to date helps it work as intended.

10. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. This includes any warranty that the app will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This includes relying on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Google Play

You download the app through Google Play, so Google Play's own terms also apply to that download. Google is not responsible for the app or its content.

13. Ending these terms

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. That also permanently deletes your data from the phone, unless you exported a copy first. These terms end for you if you don't follow them.

14. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
