Privacy Policy
In short: Offline Period Tracker keeps everything you log on your own phone. It has no servers and no accounts, and it collects, sells and shares nothing. The developer cannot see your data.
About this policy
This policy explains how the Android app Offline Period Tracker (package com.saagarshrest.offlineperiodtracker) handles information. It applies to the app only. Your use of the app is also covered by the Terms and Conditions.
Information the app stores — on your device only
To work, the app keeps the following in a private database inside the app on your phone:
- Period dates, flow, symptoms and moods you log
- Notes and stickers you add to days
- Reminders you create, and the optional period reminder
- Your optional profile: a name, an age and an avatar picture
- App settings, such as the theme and reminder preferences
- Drawings you make in the app's game, and your music choice
Cycle estimates, averages and fertile-window estimates are calculated on your phone from this information. None of it is sent anywhere.
What we collect
Nothing. The app does not transmit any information to the developer or to anyone else. It has:
- no account or sign-in
- no servers or cloud storage
- no advertisements
- no analytics or tracking services
- no crash reporting
The app makes no network requests and works the same in airplane mode.
Sharing
The app does not share, sell or rent any information. The only way data leaves your phone is if you use Export. That creates a file and opens your phone's share sheet. Where you send the file is your choice, and it is then handled by the app or service you chose.
Permissions

The app does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
Security
- Your data is stored in the app's private storage, which Android keeps separate from other apps.
- It is left out of Android and cloud backups, so it can't be copied off your phone that way.
- The period reminder hides its text on the lock screen until your phone is unlocked.
- Anyone who can unlock your phone can open the app. Your phone's screen lock is what protects it.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your data stays on your phone until you remove it. You can delete everything at any time from Profile → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app also deletes it permanently. Because the app is left out of backups, it cannot be restored afterwards, so export a copy first if you want one.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and it does not collect information from anyone.

Estimates in the app are based only on what you log and may not be accurate. They are not medical advice and should not be used for contraception or diagnosis.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
