🧠 Overview
Officiti is a B2B concept platform designed to optimize underutilized office spaces by allowing companies to rent out redundant desks, workstations, or entire units to smaller businesses and freelancers seeking flexible workspaces.
It bridges the gap between space availability and the rising demand for flexible, accessible working environments, especially in urban centers where commercial rents are high and quality co-working spaces are limited.
❓ Problem Statement
With rising urban commercial rents and a growing gig/freelancer economy, many individuals and startups struggle to find affordable, accessible, and quiet workspaces. Meanwhile, larger companies often have unused desks and zones in their offices post-COVID hybrid culture.
• Difficulty in controlling and tracking workspace availability
• No centralized system to manage shared office bookings
• Poor communication between tenants, teammates, and space providers
• High cost and low availability of quality co-working spaces in prime locations
• Lack of visibility into real-time availability
• No platform to compare different spaces at once
✅ Solution
The Officiti app serves as a centralized platform that improves utilization rates, enhances networking, and makes office space more accessible.
For Space Owners
• List available units or desks
• Manage bookings and availability
• Communicate with renters
